Meet the Founder
David Drimmel – Founder of Sauna Friend & Bioharmony Collective
David is a functional health consultant, Qígōng practitioner, and founder of the nonprofit Bioharmony Collective. After helping thousands across North America reclaim their health through sauna therapy, he created Sauna Friend to provide mission-led support rooted in integrity.
In an industry driven by public sales and profit, Sauna Friend exists to serve its members first—offering expert guidance, personalized recommendations, and a focus on long-term well-being and community health over transactions. David’s work, along with the Bioharmony Collective, integrates holistic education, spiritual grounding, and hands-on experience to help others build true sanctuaries for healing and restoration.
