What we collect, and why.
Written the way we would explain it on the phone. Plain language, no borrowed boilerplate, and an honest list at the end of the questions that still need a lawyer before they go to print.

You tell us about a project. We use what you tell us to answer you and to build the thing. We do not sell it, and we do not collect a figure from you anywhere on this site, because member pricing is a conversation with a specialist.
What the forms collect.
Five forms on this site send us anything. Here is every field on each of them, including the ones that are optional.
Member pricing request
So a specialist can call you back and start the conversation from your site rather than from a form.
See the form- First name, and last name if you give one
- Email address
- Phone number, if you give one
- Which of our three areas you are in
- Postal code, which tells us which crew covers the site
- The model or the room you have in mind, if you already know
- Whatever you write in the message field
- The page the request was sent from
Catalogue request
So we can send you the 2026 catalogue by email when the edition is finished.
See the form- Email address
- A name, if you give one
- The page the request was sent from
Commercial inquiry
So the right specialist can call you about a property, a club, or a development rather than a single room.
See the form- First name, and last name if you give one
- Email address
- Phone number, if you give one
- The organization behind the project, if you name one
- The type of project and where it stands
- Which market it is in, and the postal code if you give one
- Whatever you write about the project
- The page the request was sent from
Build estimator
So the call starts from a scope you have already thought about instead of a blank sheet.
See the form- The format, capacity, model, heater, controls, and services you selected
- The ZIP code of the site, and the area we work out from it
- Your name, email, and phone
- Anything you added at the end, and the page you came from
Trade inquiry
So the right person can reach you about specification support and job-site coordination.
See the form- Name, email, and phone
- The name of your practice or the organization you work with
- Your discipline
- Which market the work is in
- Whatever you tell us about the project
There is no budget field anywhere on this site, so there is no figure to collect. Beyond the forms, the servers that run this site keep ordinary request logs the way every website does. We do not mine them to build a profile of you.
Why we hold it.
Three reasons, and there is not a fourth.
- To answer you
- A specialist reads the request and calls or writes back. That is the entire purpose of the email and phone fields.
- To coordinate the project
- Site preparation, freight, and the licensed electrician all need a location and someone to reach. The postal code and the metro decide which crew covers the work.
- To keep a site file
- In year three, a call about a door that has moved with the seasons should start from your room. That only works if we still have the record of what we built and where.
What we do not do with it.
The list worth writing down, because silence on any of these reads badly and should.
- We do not sell it. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to a data broker.
- We do not use it to target advertising, on this site or anywhere else.
- We do not publish it, and we do not use a member project in marketing without asking first.
- We do not take payment details through this site. Nothing here asks for a card, so there is nothing of that kind to hold.
Who sees it.
A project touches more than one pair of hands. Each of them gets what the job needs and nothing beyond it.
- Your specialist
- The person who answers the request and stays with the project. They read everything you sent.
- The crew on your build
- Site preparation and assembly need an address, an access route, and a phone number that answers on delivery day.
- Licensed trades on your project
- An electrician or a carrier is given what the job needs. A location, a window, and a contact. Not your message thread.
- The services that run this site
- Vercel hosts the site, Supabase holds form submissions, and HighLevel is the system your request lands in so a specialist can follow up. Each processes what a request needs on our behalf and under our instruction, and none of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes.
If we were ever legally compelled to hand something over, we would tell you where the law allows us to.
Cookies and tracking.
As this site is built today, it sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking pixel.
Forms submit directly to our own database. Nothing you type in a form passes through an advertising network on the way.
There is no third-party bot check on the forms as this site is built today. If one is added, this page will name it and what it reads before it runs.
If measurement is added later, and most sites do add it, this page will say what it is and what it records before it runs. A privacy page that quietly stops matching the site is worse than no privacy page.
What you can ask for.
There is no portal and no ticket queue. There is a phone number and an email address, and they are the same ones on every page of this site.
- Ask what we hold on you, and we will tell you what is in the file.
- Ask us to correct something, and we will correct it.
- Ask us to remove your record, and we will remove what we are not required to keep.
- Ask us to stop contacting you, and we stop. Membership is simple to enter and free to leave.
Sauna Friend Sanctuary Supply, Longmont, CO.
State law, and where this policy is governed from.
We work in Colorado, Southern California, and the Kansas City metro, so this page answers to more than one state's rules.
California’s privacy law (the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) and Colorado’s Privacy Act only bind a business once it crosses a size threshold: roughly 100,000 residents’ records a year, or a meaningful share of revenue from selling or sharing personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not run at that volume, so we do not believe either law reaches us as a matter of law. Kansas and Missouri do not currently have a comparable statute at all.
We give everyone the same choices anyway, listed above: to know what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, and to stop hearing from us, regardless of which state you are writing from or whether a law our size sits under would require it of us.
This policy, and any dispute about it, is governed by the law of the State of Colorado, where Sauna Friend Sanctuary Supply is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where the law of the state your project sits in gives you a privacy protection Colorado law does not, this paragraph does not take it away from you.
What this page does not say yet.
One thing a finished privacy policy needs that we are not going to invent. It is with the ministry and its counsel.
How long each record is kept
Retention should be a stated period, not a guess. It needs the ministry's counsel and a look at how the records are used.
We would rather leave those blank than publish a version we have not confirmed. If you need one of them answered before you send us anything, call and ask. Someone will give you a straight answer or tell you we do not have one yet.
Nothing here is a trade for your attention.
Send us a project and you get a specialist. That is the whole exchange. If you would rather not fill anything in, the phone number works just as well.
