Yes. Indoor rooms are a large share of custom work, and the consultation starts with the space you have rather than a floor plan we prefer.

Can a custom build include a cold plunge?

Yes. Heat and cold pair well in one plan, and we design recovery spaces that carry both.

Is there a design fee for a custom build?

For residential work, design is included in the consultation. No retainer and no design fee. Commercial design engagements are scoped individually.

How is a custom sauna build priced?

We do not publish pricing. Member pricing is quoted by a specialist on a call to 720.780.4400 and covers the whole scope of work, and availability is confirmed with you on the same call.

Where do you offer custom sauna builds?

We build across the Colorado Front Range, Southern California, and the Kansas City metro, on the member's own site. Each market page lists the cities we cover. Call 720.780.4400 and a specialist will tell you plainly whether we can serve your site.

How does a custom sauna build work?

A custom build starts with the space and the household, and the room is drawn around both. You see it on your site in renderings before anything is committed, then one team carries it through selection, site preparation, electrical coordination through licensed electricians, assembly, protection, and long-term support.

Some projects outgrow a catalog. A basement corner with an awkward soffit, a pool house that deserves better than a kit, a recovery space that pairs heat with cold in one plan.

The process runs through the same ladder as every project we take on: consultation, design with layout mockups and renderings, selection of materials and heat from quality products we stand behind, site preparation, electrical coordination through licensed electricians, skilled assembly, protection, and long-term support from the team that built it.

Custom does not mean vague. The plan is walked with you stage by stage.
