What it is, and what it needs.

- Chill without ice, filter continuously, and install indoors or outdoors. Where they differ is capacity, cooling power, hygiene design, and the experience of getting in.
- Materials
- The Finnmark SoulCold is a 304 stainless steel basin wrapped in Canadian cedar. Icetubs build in ThermoWood over 304 stainless, and the commercial ProBath in 316 marine grade stainless. The SaunaLife Soak Series is thermo-pine with a contoured fiberglass liner.
- Where it can go
- Indoors or outdoors, free standing, on a level base that drains. Grade and drainage are settled together with the sauna's, because the two constrain each other.
- Water care
- Ozone disinfection and filtration on the residential systems. The commercial ProBath adds a skimming overflow, dual filtration, UV, an automatic refresh during each session, and optional chlorine dosing where regulations require it.
- Electrical coordination
- Electrical coordination is part of your project, and commercial configurations are confirmed at consultation.
- Install
- Delivery, placement, and commissioning by our team, with drainage planning and electrical coordination. A custom build can recess the tub into a deck and conceal the equipment behind or below the structure.
- Warranty note
- Finnmark's own warranty covers residential use only, so the SoulCold is not positioned for commercial duty. That is why the ProBath is the commercial lane.

Our home pick. Cold immersion and a genuine hot soak in one vessel, 304 stainless in Canadian cedar, ozone, and a standard household plug.

Our commercial pick, chosen for its drainage architecture. Two seats in 316 marine grade stainless, built for spaces that serve the public.
Icetubs IceBath and IceBarrel
The signature reclined plunge and its upright barrel counterpart, in ThermoWood over stainless. The barrel suits a small footprint and shoulder deep immersion.
SaunaLife Soak Series
The value entry, and the only two person soak in the residential lineup. A thermo-pine tub with a fiberglass liner, delivered fully assembled with matching stairs and a combination chiller and heater.

Contrast is the practice most members build toward once the sauna is in. A plunge alongside the room turns a single session into a rhythm, and cold immersion rewards consistency, which comes from owning equipment that fits the way you will use it. We source both ends of that spectrum, and the guidance is built on specifications.
Pairing a plunge with a sauna raises questions the sauna alone does not: where the water goes, how the unit is powered, and how the two sit together so the walk between them works in winter. We plan the pair as one project, and water is the first question: where it comes from, where it goes when the unit is drained, and what happens to the ground it drains onto.
Placement also decides how the pair gets looked after. A plunge has to stay reachable for filtration, draining, and seasonal care, and a spot that looked tidy on a plan can turn into a chore once the unit is sitting in it. That is thought we would rather spend on the site visit, where moving something is free.
Everything here is sourced, delivered, and installed by us. Site preparation, electrical coordination through licensed electricians, delivery and skilled assembly, climate-appropriate protection, and long-term support are part of the project rather than options bolted onto it.

Cold plunges are not covered by the sauna guarantee. Where Sauna Friend performs the installation, a one month service guarantee applies alongside the manufacturer's warranty. Where we do not install the unit, there is no Sauna Friend service guarantee on it and the manufacturer's warranty stands alone.
