How do you protect an outdoor sauna from the weather?

Wood is treated for the exposure it has: sun angle, moisture, wind, and the freeze and thaw cycle it will see year after year. Your specialist then sets a maintenance rhythm with you for your site, and where a member would rather not do the follow-up work, we do it.

Heat and weather go to work on every sauna ever made. That is physics rather than a defect, and it is the reason protection is a stage in our process instead of a bag of product left on the bench.

The rhythm is set for your site rather than handed over as a generic schedule, because a west-facing unit on an exposed lot and a sheltered unit under mature trees do not age at the same rate.
